This is an event highlighting the diversity of Santa Barbara's many cultures and to expand cultural awareness in the community. Last year’s first Worldfest was well received and this year will be bigger and better.
Our goal is to have as many cultures represented as possible. We offer this opportunity to you as a non-profit free of charge. Showcase your traditions, customs, costumes, food and talent. This a great way to educate the community and also raise some money for your organizations.
The only requirement from you would be to supply liability insurance. The insurance may be purchased from the State for $22.00 non-food booths & $33.00 for food booths. In addition food booths will need to fill out a temp food permit with no fee involved.
Set up will be Thursday Oct 22 noon – 8:00 pm & Friday Oct 23, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. Or Saturday morning 8:00 am – 9:00 am. Tear down will after 8:00 pm on Sunday or Monday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
